  1. the survey website allow me to enter anything but the “time” from my receipt, then immediately takes me to “finish” with no way to go back and restart the survey properly. Not even dumping the website and trying to start again works. The “survey support” button just takes you to the survey admin site and lots of useless info. So, no way to actually enter the survey and no possibility of winning anything despite the assertion on my receipt. Hilarious. Good job everyone!   10. I was in the local Lowe’s #2212 here in Troy Alabama on 5/24/23 looking for batteries for my car key fobs. I am sure I looked puzzled while looking at the large battery display. Thank goodness Barry was standing near and ask if he could help me and he found the correct battery and I ask if he minded putting them in for me as I could not open the fobs. He did this for me and was so pleasant and helpful. Barry is a good example of a leader and good customer service.

He got me the part that was missing. He went the extra mile and gave me a grill cleaning brush for my extra trip. I can’t believe I got such great customer service which is very rear now days. Christie in Customer Service and returns made my day by handling my return with ease and knowledge. Then went to the garden equipment department to purchase a new weed trimmed and was met by Scot. He was very informative and helpful and answered every question I had. Both employees were very pleasant and helpful. These are two people you should be very proud of to represent Lowe’s.
